Love this stuff. You won’t ever need to enter an unlighted area again – these motion lights are ideal for any space in the house/garage/basement. So we threw in the towel on that concept and just have it sitting on our kitchen counter for light in the kitchen if you want to get a glass of water or something like that in the middle of the night time without turning on the primary lights. Thus a waste on battery life. Just a little plastic looking so I gave it 4 stars but it is fab for the cost and I would recommend it.

If this actually works gives great light for the purpose. If you need a driveway lighting unit, it works. They worked so well that I have obtained 6 more and installed them in a variety of locations where light is required for thirty seconds during the night such as passage or staircase.

There’s just one hole on the back for a screw, which may have made it impossible to mount on the ceiling as I had intended. Not really a fuddy-duddy illumination. First two were from “As Seen On TV” section at Walgreens. If you want to change the configurations so it doesn’t go off multiple times during the day you can. I set up it right over the door with the light shining down. Only our front and side doorways are wired for a porch light. I tossed it when the batteries died. It was able to sense somebody walking from a couple of feet away. We have had rain and so far the porch lighting still works, but winter has not hit yet, so ideally it will hold up.

It features a mounting hole for a nail in one of the corners behind.

Has one hanger mount for hanging vertically, need to get just a little creative to mount horizontally under a shelf or on the “ceiling” of the safe. Everything including brightness, battery life, movement sensing and the prices are fantastic.

Bright, turns on after I walk by, and fantastic customer support from the business. It is help up through a number of very hard rain storms, during the last 3 months. The discount outdoor lighting stays on for around thirty seconds if it does not sense any movement. I needed to put this outdoors – directions say no I purchased the product for its movement sensor feature and the flat-mount style. I’ve not had the light long enough to discuss battery life. The product is an excellent value for the cost. Damn worth the cost. I just got this light and it works very well. Was amazed to find this light was bright and that the movement sensor covered this type of broad area.
